Shipping
- Free shipping is offered with any purchase of $75 or more if shipped within the domestic USA.
- Please allow 3-4 days for order fulfillment. Many of our products are made in our factory as they are ordered.
- We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. If this happens to you, please contact us to help initiate a claim with the shipping carrier responsible.
- We do not currently offer international shipping. Please click here to view our worldwide dealer list.
Returns
- To initiate a return please email us at customerservice@madridskateboards.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Returned products must be unused.
- Products returned after 30 days from original purchase date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted after 60 days from original purchase date.
Warranty
- All our skateboards are warranted against manufacturing defects like warping and delamination for 1 year from original purchase date.
- Some things that are not covered by our warranty include: Nose and tail damage from impact with the ground or curbs. Snapped or broken boards due to high impact landings.
- We do not give cash refunds but will exchange warrantied products.
- To initiate a warranty claim please email us at customerservice@madridskateboards.com with your order number and attachments showing the issue.
